Brutal Restraint adds +2 Dexterity to travel passives (+10 to Dexterity/Intelligence/Strength), +4 Dexterity to all other small passives and adds random modifiers to notable passives. It transforms Keystone passives into exclusive Keystone passives not normally available to the passive skill tree.
Characters are limited to 1 Historic jewel. All unique Timeless Jewel have the Historic mod.
